Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the Buyer receiving the item.

Condition of Item: The item must be returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging) to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Shipping: The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed upon Seller receiving the returned item in its original condition.

Value Loss: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of value lost, which may be deducted from the refund amount.
